According to news reports last week a staggering 1,000 bags still go missing at Heathrow's Terminal 5 everyday. Unfortunate passengers travelling from this terminal are around three times more likely to suffer the inconvenience of delayed baggage compared to passengers flying with British Airways from other terminals and UK airports
UK lags behind other European countries such as France, which already has an established ‘Super-Fast' broadband service. We urge the Government to support this latest initiative from BT and would recommend that competitors such as Talk Talk and Sky are given the same regulatory privileges and allowed to continue to make the broadband market a competitive environment for consumers.
