Cancer Research UK has celebrated the 20th anniversary of its charity credit card, noting that it has raised £12 million since its launch.
In partnership with HBOS, the charity offers zero per cent on balance transfers and purchases for the first nine months.
Furthermore, a 0.25 per cent donation on all purchases is made by HBOS to the charity and a £20 gift is received by Cancer Research UK from the bank when an account is opened.
"To be celebrating this momentous anniversary of our partnership with Cancer Research UK is evidence of the ongoing popularity of charity credit cards and the real difference that they can make," head of HBOS credit cards Ken Stannard said.
