    Tesco Internet Instant / Easy Access Savings

    I am surprised to note that you do not include the Tesco Internet Instant/Easy Access savings account yielding 6.50% in your 'best buys' table for such accounts, or do you only include accounts where the sponsor pays you?

    I ask, as I see that other similar sites do mention it. And it looks like a better account than most of those you list. Perhaps I have missed something!

    Hi Jade,

    All Tesco products are quoted on our systems and can be found if you use the full search facility on the website. Linked attached  http://www.moneyfacts.co.uk/searches/savings.aspx
     
    However they are not included in our best buys at the moment because they do not meet our criteria. The Internet Saver account includes a 1.50% bonus for 12 months and this is over our threshold of a 1% bonus for inclusion in our best buy tables.
     
    Moneyfacts is totally independent and does not take money from institutions for inclusion in our best buys.
