Gas and Electricity - Why use Moneyfacts.co.uk to compare Gas and Electricity?

It's simple, quick and saves you money! Most people don't have the time or desire to wade through thousands of options available for electricity, gas, home phone services, broadband and mobiles. You would find it virtually impossible to gather all the facts and figures from each company to conduct an objective comparison to find the best deals for you. Through our partner, The Home Advisory Service, we do the hard work for you by; monitoring all the companies, tariffs and prices on a daily basis - so you can find all the best deals in an instant.

    Hi George,

Glad you've used us to switch utilities. We have had several customers contact us explaining that their new energy supplier has been slow in getting in touch with them to switch them over. The best course of action is to contact your new energy supplier direct to see what's happening - I've just added all the customer contact numbers for all the major energy suppliers to help you do this. If that fails, then please contact The Home Advisory Service (who power our Utilities comparsion services) and I'm sure they'll be only too happy to help. The contact details for the Home Advisory Service are included in the main post with the customer contact details for all the energy companies.

I hope that helps and please let me know how you get on or if you need any further help.
